How to enable 2FA on my Zapnito site
You will need to ask the Zapnito team to enable the 2FA feature on your Community. Drop us an email at support@zapnito.com and we will be able to activate the feature for you.
How do users configure 2FA on their account?
First, click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the page and select 'Account Settings'. Scroll down the page where you will find the option to configure 2FA on your account.
You will then be directed to input your country prefix as well as your phone number. Click 'Send Code' to trigger a security code to your device.
Once you have received the verification code, enter it in the field provided to activate 2FA on your account. If you do not receive the code, you will be able to click the 'Resend Code' button once every 10 seconds. A new code will be generated every 10 minutes.
Once 2FA is set up, you will be asked to enter a verification every time you sign into your account.
If you later decide that you would like to disable 2FA on your account, you can head back to your Account Settings where you will find the option to switch it off.
2FA and Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your Community has SSO enabled, unfortunately it is not currently possible to enable 2FA on your site.
If you have any questions about the 2FA feature, please do let us know by dropping a comment below this article or by emailing us at support@zapnito.com.
