With the exception of Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), we support the two most recent releases of the following desktop browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer 11
Note: Zapnito is fully functional in IE 11, however, some features may not display correctly
For mobile devices, we support the following:
- Safari (iOS 11 and higher)
- Chrome (Android 8 and higher)
Note: Chrome for iOS is Safari under the hood with Chrome's UI
- Android Browser
Note: Using an older browser may result in some features not functioning or not displaying as intended.
If you are experiencing an issue in a particular browser there are a couple of workarounds to try first:
- Check if your browser is up-to-date or needs upgrading.
- Try switching to a different browser as a temporary workaround.

- An explanation of the issue
- The browser and version you were using when you encountered the issue
- A screenshot of the issue - please take a shot of the entire screen as sometimes partial screenshots this can prevent us from properly diagnosing the issue.
